GeoEduConsulting Foundation has a fully project-oriented organizational structure. The GeoEduConsulting full-time team is responsible for new project development and implementation, as well as the team building for particular projects. The full/part-time administrative staff (office manager, accountant, HR consultant, lawyer, and training development coordinator) provides full cycle administrative, organizational, logistical, reporting and accounting support for projects being implemented by GeoEduConsulting. The day-to-day bases overall management is leaded by the Executive Director. The training development coordinator is responsible for development and implementation of the training components of support and consultancy projects and corporate trainings.
