EDUCATIONAL, TRAINING and ACADEMIC DEGREE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT entails curriculum design and development of trainings and academic degree programs according to the higher education institution and organization’s mission and goals. This support activity also entails composing customized organizational and institutional trainings, professional development or qualification improvement programs based on the internal organizational development needs of the beneficiary institutions.
- Identifying opportunities and needs for offering, development and launching of prospective educational, training and academic degree programs according to the mission and goals of the beneficiary institution or group of organizations;
- Determining and evaluating organizational development training needs based on higher education institution goals;
- Determining and evaluating training needs based on organization’s goals;
- Conceptual development and formation of educational, training and academic degree programs;
- Academic degree program formation, development and standardization according to the international and local academic degree and quality requirements;
- Support for organizing, launching and process management of educational, training and academic degree programs;
- For fulfillment of requirements towards academic program implementation and accreditation provide the support of development and structuring of academic, student and program policies, procedures and regulation, including regulations of credit allocation, elective course selection and etc;
